8-Day Kenya Safari Masai Mara Nakuru Naivasha Amboseli

• Pick up from Nairobi (hotel/airport) in the morning and drive via the Great Rift Valley viewpoint with a brief photo stop.

• Arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your lodge or camp.

• Afternoon game drive searching for lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and other wildlife.

• Dinner and overnight at a Mara lodge/camp (e.g. mid-range tented camp).

• Return to your lodge/tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

• Start the day with an early morning game drive after a hearty breakfast, as the sun rises over the vast savannahs of Maasai Mara witnessing predators on the hunt and herbivores grazing peacefully in the golden light.
• Keep an eye out for the iconic Big Five: lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, white and black rhinos.
• Explore different areas of the reserve, each offering unique wildlife sightings and stunning vistas.
• Take a break for a bush picnic lunch amidst the wilderness, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.
• Stop by the Mara River, the center stage of the 8th wonder of the world, and witness the Great Wildebeest Migration (which occurs every year from July to September).
• Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

• Depart Maasai Mara after a tasty breakfast and check out from your lodge/camp to Lake Nakuru National Park. (approximately 5-6 hours)
• Arrive for lunch at Lake Nakuru National Park and check in at your lodge/hotel.
• Embark on your thrilling game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is one of the saline lakes in the Great Rift Valley. It’s famous for its large number of pink flamingos, the park’s most popular tourist attraction. It’s home to birds of different species, wildlife like the black and white rhino, the waterbuck, the Rothschild’s giraffe, and predators like lions.
• Return to your lodge/hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

• Arise for a hearty safari breakfast and check out from your lodge/hotel.
• We’ll depart the park after a final game drive.
•  Enjoy a leisurely drive back to Nairobi. (approximately 3 hours)
• Arrive in Nairobi where you’ll be driven to a delicious eatery for lunch.
• Drop off at your hotel or the airport.

• After breakfast, drive via Nairobi towards Amboseli National Park.

• Arrive at Amboseli in time for late lunch and short rest.

• Afternoon game drive with views of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting) and large elephant herds.

• Dinner and overnight at an Amboseli lodge or camp.

• Early morning game drive to capture Kilimanjaro in the clear morning light and spot wildlife.

• Return for breakfast; relax at the lodge or swim.

• Afternoon game drive visiting different parts of the park, including swamps rich in birdlife and elephants.

• Dinner and overnight in Ambosel

• Standard version:

  • Enjoy an early morning game drive or a relaxed breakfast.

  • Check out and start the drive back to Nairobi, arriving late afternoon.

• If you prefer more Mara time, you can re-balance nights (e.g., 3 nights Mara, 1 Nakuru, 1 Naivasha, 2 Amboseli) depending on your lodge contracts.

• Breakfast at the hotel (if you overnighted in Nairobi) or lodge.

• Depending on your flight time, optional city tour or a shopping stop.

• Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight
