Day 1Nairobi to Masai Mara
After breakfast at your hotel in Nairobi, leave and head for Wilson Airport to board a flight to Masai Mara, enjoying the scenic views over the Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at Maasai Mara airstrip where your professional safari guide from Kairi Tours will meet you.
Check in to your chosen safari lodge or tented camp and savor a delicious lunch at the lodge or camp.
After a brief rest, head out for an exciting afternoon game drive.
Spot the “Big Five” – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino.
Also, look for other wildlife like cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, and wildebeests.
Return to the lodge/camp, freshen up, and enjoy a delicious dinner.
Relax and enjoy the evening, sharing stories and experiences of the day.
Day 2Masai Mara Full Day Game Drives
After waking up to a new day, enjoy a delicious breakfast before leaving your camp/lodge for a day full of adventure.
Explore the Mara plains and witness Mother Nature’s splendor. Tick off animals and birds from your must-see list as the day moves along.
Have a picnic lunch at a special spot inside the reserve. This is an experience like none other, dining in the wild.
Return to your camp or lodge in the evening as the sun sets in the Mara.
Regale each other with stories and memories from the day as you have dinner then relax and rest for the night.
Day 3Masai Mara to Nairobi
Embark on an optional but exciting hot air balloon safari at dawn (advance booking required). Experience breathtaking views of the Mara plains and wildlife from above.
Enjoy a champagne bush breakfast after the balloon ride. Then set out on a morning game drive with your guide.
Explore different areas of the reserve, with a focus on the Mara River, known for the Great Wildebeest Migration.
Spot large herds of wildebeests, zebras, and other animals crossing the river (seasonal).
Return to the lodge/camp for a hearty breakfast.
Check out from the lodge/camp and transfer to the airstrip.
Board your flight back to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi and get dropped off at your hotel or at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
